Mal 4:2 – But unto you that fear my name shall the son of righteousness ( the LORD JESUS ) arise with healing in His wings ; and ye shall go forth , and grow up as calves of the stall.

When Jesus comes in , you will be discharged from that sick bed and totally made whole. This  your reward for fearing the Lord.
